Refund & Cancellation
Policy

For Single Treatments and Class Bookings:
Please note bookings can be made anytime up to 24hrs before a class/treatment.  Changes and cancellations can be made 24 hours before the booked time.  A refund less a £ 1.50 admin fee, will be available only where cancellations are made within 24 hours before the booked time and an alternative booking is not available.

For Block Bookings:
Block bookings are set at the beginning of the month, offering a preferential rate and secured spot for your weekly commitment. Block bookings may be cancelled up to 7 days in advance of the following class.  A refund less a £ 1.50 admin fee, will be available only where cancellations are made within 7 days before the following class and an alternative booking is not available.

A payment link will be sent once availability is confirmed and your booking confirmed once payment has been received.

A full refund will be made if Soul Sanctuary need to cancel any booking, for any reason whatsoever.
