Full Moon Yoga - Monthly at Moon Rise

Service Description

A gentle Yoga session that will include moon salutations, working on feminine and cooling energies, followed by a guided moon meditation, whilst bathing in the light of the moon. Moon bathing follows a similar premise as sunbathing, but instead of soaking up the rays of the sun, it involves soaking up lunar energy from the Moon. Sessions are held on the evening of each full moon, with start times varying through the year. Benefits: 🌕 Promotes relaxation, can help manage stress and anxiety levels. 🌕 Helps balance female hormones. 🌕 Can help balance your circadian rhythm if done right before you go to sleep. 🌕 Increased energy and vitality. 🌕 Improves connections to yourself and nature. 🌕 Leaves you feeling refreshed, grounded, calm & centred A full moon is a great time for inner healing, reflection, letting go of the things that no longer serve you and setting new intentions. Even if you don’t believe in the spiritual effects of the moon, this time still offers moments of reflection, meditation, and relaxation in the great outdoors. If the weather is good, we will practice outside in the Courtyard, or in the cooler months we will wrap up and have a cup of herbal tea in the garden afterwards. Held in the evening of a full moon, dates will change in accordance with the lunar cycle and start times will vary throughout the year.
